How soon will I get my order?
All orders are shipped using USPS. All orders are processed within 1-4 days (if you order on a Saturday it will be processed on Monday) and once the package is on the truck you should have your items within 3-7 days. Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays or Holidays.
How do I know the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation an e-mail when you place your oder and then you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your items ship. You can click the link in your e-mail to follow your packages progress to your door.
We are pleased to offer free shipping within the U.S. Any item that does not qualify for free shipping with be clearly noted within the product description.
Can I make changes after I place my order?
Once your order has started processing we may be unable to make any changes to it. Please call the shop directly at 512-722-3668 to discuss.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
We don't currently offer this option. If you have a rush order please call the shop directly to discuss.
What happens if my package is stolen or lost?
You can follow your packages progress through the hyperlink at USPS. and you can also file a missing package or damaged package claim. Be sure to contact us and we'll do our very best to help locate your package.
What happens if my package is refused or returned to sender?
If your shipment is refused or returned to sender we will contact you when it arrives back at On A Branch. If the address is insufficient you will be required to pay shipping before the item is shipped again.
