Return Policy

RETURNS:

We want you to love everything you purchase from On A Branch but we understand that sometimes things don't fit quite right.  Please review our return policy and if you've got questions be sure and contact us.  Please note that the online and in store return policy may be different.

We will gladly offer you store credit within 14 days from the date of shipment (check your tracking info), or an exchange if the item is still available.  Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, smoke/perfume/deodorant free and has the original tags attached.

Items purchased online must have authorization for a return.  Contact us at onabranchtx@gmail.com and we'll be happy to issue you an authorization.  We can't be responsible for items in transit so be sure to get tracking and insurance on your return.
